Payment:

​

A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to reserve a Commission Slot.

​

The deposit is placed to ensure that the commissioning party intends to use my Commission Services from start to finish.

​

If payment is not received within 48 hours after the commission sheet is approved you will lose your slot. 

​​

The over all payment will be divided accordingly during the Sketch and the varying Coloring process. 

​

During the overall process a watermark will be placed upon the commissioned piece until the payment is received in full.

​

If at any time the Commission is canceled the Artist reserves the rights to the abandoned work and a refund will not be issued.

​

All commissions are non-refundable, be it finished or otherwise.

​

Process:

​

A Commission Sheet is required to be filled out in order for the Artist to review. Once the Sheet is reviewed the artist will inform the commissioning party whether it was declined or approved.

​

If once the Commission Sheet is approved. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid within 48 hours to reserve your Commission Slot.

​

After payment is cleared, an email will be sent for confirmation and further inquiry should it be needed.

​

Notifications will appear in your slot, showing the status of your Commission through out the overall process.

 

A Sketch will then be done and shown to the commissioning party, changes are allowed only during this process. 

​

Once the sketch is approved by the Commissioning party, the LineArt process will proceed. 

​

Flat Color will be the next process (If Applicable) The base colors are applied to your LineArt and will be emailed to you for approval. The colors may be changed during this process should there be a need to change them. 

​

Shading and or rendering (If Applicable) will be done once the Flat coloring is done. The final piece will be emailed for final approval. 

​

Payment must be received in full before the watermark is removed!

​

Depending on the Commission type the payment plan and process will vary.

Copyright/Usage:

​

The Artist reserves the rights to decline any commission request without question.

 

Due to Copyright Laws FanArt and Licensed Characters will not be available for Commissions.

​

The Artist Reserves the right to display the commissioned piece on their website gallery. Credit will be given to the Commissioning party accordingly.

​

You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art. 

​

Do not ask the Artist to draw in a different style. If you commission the Artist. It's because you like their work, not because your preferred artist is Unavailable.

​

As an artist, my art is constantly improving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (line art style, coloring method, composition...). They may be very slight changes or improvements in technique and style, but please keep that in mind.

​

Any finished Commission Piece is the commissioning party's' to use for personal use only. 

​

The commissioned work cannot be altered.(Recolor, Removal of watermarks/signatures,)
